Hot Stone Massage

The hot stones are used to complement massages by calming the nerves and redirecting the energy vital for health.

We steam the hot stones before applying soothing strokes to massage the body. This treatment is particularly suited for relieving muscle aches and pains and stimulating circulation and refreshing the skin. Also melting away tension, easing muscle stiffness and increasing circulation and metabolism, expanding blood vessels which encourages blood flow throughout the body.

Sport Massage

Highly recommended for anyone with serious muscle tension, especially a sports person! A specialised tightening full body massage using deep tissue massage techniques focused on particular areas. Sports massage is a modified form of revitalising massage. The major difference is the priority which is given to massage muscles and muscle groups involved in specific sports performance.

Sports massage is recommended before and after sport. It evokes a higher muscle activity, helping to warm up the body and like other massages contribute to the induction of general mental and physical well-being.

Herbal Compress
Massage

This treatment help boosts emotional well-being while soothing aching muscles and stiff joints. Sticking to traditional techniques, a muslin cloth is infused with herbs and spices and then steamed to release their medicinal properties. Your therapist will then move the compress balls across your body, creating a series of circular motions to aid the release of toxins and penetrate heat into the tissues. Each therapist uses their own blend of herbs, but a mix of lemongrass, turmeric, kaffir lime leaves and tamarind are our favourites.
